The ACTUAL TEXTILES sales team is in constant communication with our customers, following their requirements step by step.
We dig deep into their product specifications, using industry expertise to cross-reference and negotiate on their behalf.
Forward capacity planning allows us to quickly and efficiently adapt the production schedule to customer circumstances.
Whether customers are looking for a specific material or trim, or require a complete design and manufacturing solution, we are able to provide the bespoke service that best suits their needs.
Product development:
The product development team is responsible for making sample garments such as prototypes, size sets, vendor samples, and pre-production samples.
Our sample makers work closely with our pattern makers to craft garments.
We generate samples from the technical journey of customers. We also provide our customers with independent ideas that can improve their products. We use the state-of-the-art LECTRA system to generate accurate and reliable models.
PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT
We manage production from prototype to shipment and ensure rigorous capacity planning for optimized facility utilization.
Cutting department:
The cutting room closely adheres to all pattern specifications, ensuring that subsequent phases of garment construction result in a finished product that meets our customers’ requirements.
Sewing department:
Every step of the construction of the garment is meticulously assembled and must adhere to strict quality guidelines.
Working with AQL 1.0, our in-process quality control system is designed to deliver a garment that meets customers’ exact specifications.
Over a decade in the garment manufacturing industry, we are capable of sewing a variety of garment styles and materials.
We have a wide assortment of sewing machines available to suit almost any sewing operation including shirt craftsmanship, mix and match garments using woven and knit materials on one garment.
Finishing and inspection department:
As a full-service apparel manufacturer, our garments are fully screened, pressed, labeled and packaged at our facilities.
Our staff are accustomed to working closely with all customers’ requirements on quality standards as well as labeling and packaging instructions given to us.
Working with any AQL standard requested by our clients, our staff are accustomed to maintaining our achieved AQL1.0 compliance level. A 100% comprehensive inspection of all our production is carried out, subject to strict AQL shipment release standards, before being processed by any international inspection organization requested by our customers.
LOGISTICS DEPARTMENT
At ACTUAL TEXTILES, we understand that customers’ business depends on bringing garments to market at the right time.
Our dedicated logistics team is responsible for managing and streamlining each process to ensure a competitive delivery schedule.
Whether our customers have chosen to buy on an FOB or CIF/LDP basis, we are used to coordinating the prompt dispatch of their goods in the agreed format.
We offer our customers a range of options, including very competitive costs for air freight clothing if desired.
All of our garments come with the SGP EUR1 form.
